RANZCP 2020 NZ CONFERENCE
Thank you for attending the recent RANZCP 2020 New Zealand Conference, held in Napier from 30 November - 02 December. Over 227 onsite
delegates and 124 virtual delegates attended and we received very positive feedback on our programme which embraced the theme "A Climate for Change" - Nga Tohu Huarere e panoni haere nei, he ao hurihuri, across our plenary and concurrent sessions.
Special thanks to all of our international invited speakers: Professor Susan Hatters-Friedman (2020 New Zealand Travelling Scholar), Professor Ian Hickie, RANZCP President Associate/Professor John Allan, New Zealand invited speakers Minister James Shaw, Professor Michael Baker and Ms Kyra Sycamore as well as our local speakers and those who presented oral papers and poster presentations.
Congratulations to Dr Chiranth Bhagavan –winner of the Dawn Short Prize for Distinction and Ms Mehta Shrrdha and Mr Nico Calderon-Hunt – joint winners of the New Zealand Medical Schools Programme Prize.
